The Basque version of DigComp 2.2 is now available for consultation and download. The Department of Economic Development, Sustainability and Environment of the Basque Government, within the Ikanos initiative, has carried out the publication of the European Digital Competences Framework in its version 2.2 in Basque.

In April 2022 the Joint Research Centre (JRC), the science and knowledge service of the European Commission, published version 2.2 of the framework. For its faster dissemination, JRC offered the possibility and different organizations have prepared translations in the different European languages. In Spanish, it has been produced by the “Somos Digital” Association.

The publication consists of two parts: a review of the DigComp 2.2 integrated framework and a second part that provides an overview of the existing reference material for DigComp: publications and previously published references. The DigComp 2.2 integrated framework provides more than 250 new examples of applying knowledge, skills and attitudes that help citizens engage with digital technologies confidently, critically and safely, as well as with new and emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI)-driven systems.

ikanos desarrolla proyectos de colaboración con entidades muy diversas y con objetivos diferenciados.

Desde evaluar la competencia digital de miles de profesionales hasta definir perfiles digitales para ocupaciones concretas de ámbito local, la actividad de ikanos se desarrolla a través del pilotaje de prototipos y el despliegue de proyectos.

El desarrollo práctico del método ikanos en entornos diversos (administraciones públicas, profesionales, empresariales, formativos….) supone una constante fuente de información que retrolalimenta y mejora todos sus procesos y herramientas prácticas.

Queremos abrir nuevos espacios donde compartir con sus protagonistas casos de éxito en el uso del Modelo ikanos en diferentes procesos de diagnóstico del perfil digital.

Serán nuestros embajadores y embajadoras ikanos y pensamos que sus experiencias, contadas en primera persona, van a permitir conocer en profundidad en qué y cómo ha contribuido la metodología ikanos al éxito en su iniciativa de impulsar los perfiles digitales de sus organizaciones.

Join Digcomp Community of Practice (CoP) to create Open Knowledge

On October 11th, in the in All Digital Summit in Bologna, Ana Vitorica presented the new Comunity of Practice for developing Digital Competences for Employability.

In her message, Ana explained that a group of professionals, working for different European stakeholders (Enterprises, Universities, Governments, Social Organizations) met in June in Bilbao (Basque Country) to attend the EU Joint Research Center workshop “Developing digital competences for employability” and prepared a “Call to Joint Action” to foster the development of the Digital Competences.

The objective of this call is to boost the development of the digital competences in every sector, as a necessary way to achieve the Digital Transformation in Europe.

This initiative proposes ten specific and practical actions that can support the implementation of DigComp for employability. One of them is to create a Community of Practice for Digcomp framework development.

ALL Digital has kindly offered its virtual space for the interaction of this Community of Practice, which we really appreciate from ikanos.
